Sometimes, the best creations are born out of necessity - and that's exactly how our legendary Königs-Burger at The Curtain Club came to be. Originally developed by the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, it was created to make use of leftover ground meat from the preparation of the famous Königsberger Klopse in the neighboring restaurant, POTS. But instead of preparing it in the traditional way, the team let their creativity run wild - and the idea for a truly unique burger was born.
Two perfectly seared smash patties, melted cheese, and a finely balanced sauce with delicate capers create a flavor experience that blends tradition with modern indulgence. Nestled between two fluffy burger buns, the Königs-Burger unveils its full magic - hearty, juicy, and irresistibly delicious.

Discover the Secret Champagne Garden - a seasonal summertime bar in an exclusive, hidden location, operated by The Curtain Club team.
Explore the high garden, an oasis in the middle of the urban jungle, and enjoy fine champagne from Louis Roederer, drinks and cocktails inspired by flowers and botanicals, or refined delicacies from the hotel kitchen. The sunset over the Tiergarten park can also be oberserved particularly well from there.
