Sometimes, the best creations are born out of necessity - and that's exactly how our legendary Königs-Burger at The Curtain Club came to be. Originally developed by the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, it was created to make use of leftover ground meat from the preparation of the famous Königsberger Klopse in the neighboring restaurant, POTS. But instead of preparing it in the traditional way, the team let their creativity run wild - and the idea for a truly unique burger was born.

While you enjoy your evening with us in stylish atmosphere, we donate 1 EUR to the Björn-Schulz-Stiftung for every THE RITZ FASHIONED purchased. Your contribution supports seriously ill children, teenagers, and young families who benefit from donation-funded assistance projects and care at the Sonnenhof Children's Hospice in Berlin, giving them a chance for a better life.

Explore the high garden, an oasis in the middle of the urban jungle, and enjoy fine champagne from Louis Roederer, drinks and cocktails inspired by flowers and botanicals, or refined delicacies from the hotel kitchen. The sunset over the Tiergarten park can also be oberserved particularly well from there.
